98% of the 103 remaining species of lemur are threatened with extinction mostly due to deforestation and hunting in Madagascar. Centre Val Bio is working to save these species through research, conservation education and improving livelihoods.

African Parks is a non-profit conservation organisation that takes on the complete responsibility for the rehabilitation and long-term management of national parks in partnership with governments and local communities.
East African Wildlife Society
The East African Wild Life Society has been the voice of conservation in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda for over 60 years. It takes a lead role in facilitating the formulation and implementation of policies and laws on natural resource management.
Ecoles du Monde Madagascar
Ecoles du Monde is educating and improving the livelihoods of people in the remote and neglected western regions of Madagascar, which is helping to reduce the degradation of the natural areas these communities inhabit.
